Explanation / Answer

I think the government pays the one who truly deserves. If it stops paying the people who inform them of the fraudulent activity , nobody would be bothered enough to bring these things to them. In today's world , where everybody works for money and profit , no one works for free. If in this case government pays people who do the right things , it will motivate them to do better things in life always. Even we should try our bit and help our country grow as a unit and contribute to the society when and wherever possible.
