Stoichiometric point / equivalence point : (amount of moles of acid and base are the same)

The point where both the acid and base are mixed in exact stoichiometric ratio. i.e all the acid has been neutralized by the base.

HCl + NaOH ----------------> NaCl + H2O

The point where the reaction has just been completed also known as equivalent point and refers to the stoichiometric quantities of reactants. For example ,when we added 1 mole HCl to 1 mole of NaOH. Generally polyprotic acid will have morethan one equivalent point.
