2a. Harm Principle: The actions of individuals shall not harm others. The rights of any person shall rightfully exercised over any member of the society to prevent harm to others. If a person is not paying taxes intentionally, it is harm to remaining members of the society as community developments depends on the taxes being paid

2b. Harm to others: A person in no way shall force or coerce any change upon another person that would harm him in mind or body. Physical abuse is example of harm to others

2c. Harm to self: Harm caused by a person to himself, knowingly or unknowingly, is termed harm to self. A child placing hand on a hot plate, injuring oneself, are both examples of harm to self. Drug use, smoking, suidice, are all examples of harm to self. It is considered as the civic duty to protect a person from harm to self.

2d. Impersonal harm: It is considered as moral ideas one shall have, than the legal laws to prevent them. These are acts that may not be illegal, but are morally and ethically wrong that harm a person. Examples are watching porn, which is not illegal, but is considered ethically and morally wrong.

2e. Volenti Maxim: To assure that nothing is harmful to a person, literal or fiction, he has consented to. To one who voluntarily consents th a thign no wrong is done, no matter how harmful to him the consequences may be.
