2a. The bands appear faint and thin, than they appear now. It will be further easy to resolve them as separate bands, but some of the bands may not be visible

2b. If more sample is loaded, the bands become dense or thicker, they overlap each other, and become fuzzy. It will to difficult to distinguish individual bands

4. The protein ladder is a molecular weight marker. The proteins present in them are of defined molecular weight and gives a specific resolution or band pattern, where electrophoresed for a specified time period. Just like the concentration of a protein stardard is known to us, the molecular weight of each of the bands is known. By comparing with the standards, the molecular weight of the unknown can be derived.
