What do you think could be done to lower the birth rate for single teenagers?

One of the best ways to reduce or stop teen pregnancies are
(1) Government taking the initiative to add more teen programs, so that teens can get an idea about sex, peer pressure, pregnancy, responsibilities, problems at home etc.
(2) Taking medical help to explain the teens, what diseases they can get through sex, how to prevent the teen pregnancies.
(3) Teens should get an idea about how to prevent abortions, how to safe guard their health.
(4) Educating their parents to keep a close watch on their teenage daughters, their behavior, friendship.
(5) By explaining the teens, the importance of their studies, job and their future, how an unwanted pregnancy can affect all.
