Sum data in data table with criteria range is in horizontal

Hi ... another question and hope someone can help please?

I have the data table but the accounts are in horizontal across the columns, anyway I can use sumifs to sum the data please? The data table is for muti purposes so I can change it. I thought of maybe using a pivot table, but then seems to be a wrong method..
