Need to create a custom formula in excel; need help on the process of entering a custom formula to function in excel.
I have data that has to be uploaded to servers.
I am using excel as an intermediary to message, manipulate, format and deliver the data.
This is necessary because the servers will not accept the data in it's raw form.
The data has to be in a continuous string and cannot contain any quotes, punctuation, machine code or other extraneous text that could be interpreted as an instruction.
I have a formula that suits my needs and contains the necessary formatting to be accepted by the server.

I need to have the above formula operating in a cell that I can direct text to so that text can be processed by the formula resulting in an acceptable up loadable format.
How would one enter such a custom formula into a single cell in excel?
Is it possible? And what would the step by step process of entering it be???

Hi..
You can go to any cell other than AE4 and paste the formula
It will modify the text in AE4 and give you the result in the cell you have entered the formula...
Detailed steps;.
Copy the formula to clipboard
Click on Cell AE3
Press F2.
Paste the formula.
Press Enter.
