Question
Overview
A literature review is a critical evaluation of the themes, issues, and arguments connected to a research topic obtained from peer reviewed literature.
For this assignment, you will find and read three recent peer-reviewed journal articles about a type of computer technology related to your project, then write a literature review in which you consider the authors' critical points, substantive findings, and theoretical/methodological contributions to the field of HCI.
Action Items
1. Use the ACM Digital Library to locate three peer-reviewed articles published within the past 5 years that discuss the issues that influence your chosen project topic.
2. Read the articles.
3. Write a 5-page (double-spaced) APA formatted paper that describes the methodology (process, results, findings) used in the three articles and what you learned from your review of the literature. Please refer to Tips for Writing a Literature Review for guidance.
5. Use properly formatted in-text citations and a reference list to accurately cite the sources of information that you use to write your assignment.

Introduction
In this document we are going to expose the advantages, disadvantage and the how the E-Learn is changing the manner of teach for the teachers and for the students and how the E-Learn or Electronic-Learn is a new way to learn new and amazing things through the computer in the comfort of your home, your office or practically everywhere.
The E-Learning
The E-learnign is a new platform, a virtual space where the knowledge is oriented to make easier the experience of capacitation to distance as much to companies as educational institutions.
This system made possible the creation of virtual rooms in which the interaction between tutors and students is created, also between the students. The E-learning also provide the realization of online test, files exchange, participation in forum, chats, and a large range of tools to the learn.
Some benefits that provide the E-Learn platform are:
It provides economic and flexible training.
It combines the power of the internet with other tools.
It annuls the geographic distances.
It makes possible a nurtured and constant learning through the interaction between tutors and students.
It offers flexibility as to the time and pace of learning.
In the article written by Downes (2014) [1] the author explains us how the E-Learning has grown in the last years and how the community accepts the idea of learning through a computer. Maybe the success of these websites is caused because they work like a social network. As Downes (2012) said “In the world of e-learning, the closest thing to a social network is a community of practice”. This social network is composed by teachers and students and sometimes these students collaborate with others through the forum making questions about a specific subject or bringing up some problem that they cannot solve at the moment.
Another reason of the success of the E-Learning is the cost of the courses or programs that the student can take in any area that he or she wants and the quality of this education, also the advantage of time flexibility that provides us the facility of making our own schedule makes the option of E-Learning more attractive than taking a career in the University.
But no everything about the E-Learning is good. In fact as Carr-Chellman. (2015). Says “online learning is a double-edged sword”. It means that the online learning is a democratizing force in which the students that have families or jobs can work on degrees while they keep working. But not all is good in the E-Learning because sometimes the people abuse of the time flexibility and they don’t keep continuity in the course and finally they simply quit and don’t finish the course.
Also some authors think that E-Learning will destroy the higher education. In fact Thomas Frey (2013) said “50 percent of colleges will close by 2030 in a mere 15 years!”
But I think is not true at all. I think that the universities must find new ways of learning for rise and make the things well. But how can the institutions improve the way of teaching?
As Carr-Chellman. (2015). Says “The reality is that piece by piece, brick by brick we have begun to disassemble the traditional institution of higher education. What will emerge threatens to be narrow, economical, convenient, easy, high-tech, low labor, career preparation. Many might argue it was well past time to re-create the university, and they may be right. The incredible pressure of a crucible, one that creates diamonds also creates fossils.”
However this is a large and difficult process and it will take time.
Other disadvantages of E-Learning are:
Not all the courses are right for all students. As EVERSON. (2012). Says “Online courses are not the right fit for all students. Try to provide students with many opportunities to make informed decisions about whether the course will meet their needs. If you are able to release your syllabus and materials or web site before the course officially starts, students will have an opportunity to preview the course and think carefully about whether it will meet their needs.”
It means that the quantity of able courses in the internet is so big and frequently the people don’t have idea if the course that they take is really that they expect and then when they see that the course have a different subject that they expected they simply quit. These is a waste of time and money for the student and the tutor.
Some activities take more time online. As EVERSON. (2012). Says “Assignments and activities that are adapted from a classroom setting to an online environment typically take more time to complete. I bring this up for two reasons. First, instructors who are used to teaching in the classroom should think carefully about whether their activities and assignments will work online at all. Creating an online version of a class isn't as simple as simply moving everything online. If you use a lot of activities and discussion—as I do in my statistics courses—certain classroom activities might need to be substantially revised, while others might need to be abandoned altogether. In one of my courses, when we first talk about surveys, samples, and experimental design, I bring in regular and reduced-fat cookies and ask the students to design an experiment to determine if individuals can taste the difference between them. At some point, the students have to actually taste the cookies themselves. This activity is a big hit in the classroom, but clearly, it's not one that transitions easily to the online environment. Second, one big mistake I made when I first started teaching online was to underestimated how much time it would take for students to work through activities that in the classroom easily took less than one class period. In the live classroom courses, the students would typically break into small groups where they would work together to complete and discuss one or more activities. This usually takes 20 to 30 minutes. When I taught my first online course, I naively assumed it would be relatively simple for students to work together and discuss several different assignments within a single week. But almost all the discussions were asynchronous, and it was therefore unreasonable to expect that students could complete a discussion in a single day, or even in a couple of days. I also didn't account for the fact that online discussions involve a lot of reading and writing, and that this too takes time. One solution I've found can work is to collapse several discussion topics into one, and give the students more time, maybe a week, to work through them.”
Conclusions:
The E-Learning is a good way to learn and improve skills but not always is the best way to do it.
To take a Electronic course we must be a organized person with our priorities established
