You will be responsible for delivering project components to your professor at several points during the course. Action Items You will need to decide on an idea for an interface. It could be a web site, a mobile app, an appliance touch screen, etc. Don?t make your idea too broad. Focus on something that solves a problem or fills a need. Another approach is to take an interface that is very poor and reimagine it. Your project idea needs to be sufficiently complex to show your ability to design multiple screens and interaction flows as the user carries out a small number of tasks. 1) Brainstorm ideas. You might want to use a free, online mind-mapping tool like SpiderScribe or Mindomo. Here are some questions you might want to consider to focus your brainstorming: a) Think of a service you or your friends use. What?s the biggest avoidable hassle (inconvenience) customers must endure? b) What happens in your daily routine that is complex or confusing? I want to intriduce project regarding movie booking website...

1)
a) Using this website users can select the required slots in theatre and
prebook the tickets instead of collecting from the theatre counter. We can
build this app website and mobile app too..And laso advantage is that..we can keep advertisemens
in our website and we can earn nomey...We will attract users by giving some
discount offers.

b)
Complexity increases if all people want to book at a time..or for a particular
seat in the theatre. We can simplify using roundrobin algorithm.

c) Obviuosly shopping web sites are new and better.

a) The problem

Customers have to wait to book movie tickets at counter and they have to
pay extra money if they want pre book. It makes waste of time and costly.

b) Why interesting?

Generally in weekendsa all people want to go to movies...but they dont know
whether tickets avaialbel for particular show or not in theatre...
There wil be lot of time waste and travelling charges too..

c) Main users affected
----------------------------
This application can be used by all citizens...Not only keeping movie tickets
we can also sell tickets of shows which are going around the city.
As we give slot for advertisements business people also got attratced
and they will be profited

d) Current solutions:
---------------------------
We wil tie up with theatres available within the city to allow booking
through our app...atleast 40% tickets. So users can log in into portal
and check visulayy whether theatre is full ...or vacancies there.
Straight away they can book ticket and can watch movie...There will not be
money and time waste. People never get dissapointed once they start
to use this website or App.

e) Strengthness

we will give discounts ti users on booking tickets..so that we can attract
more people...we will earn money through advertisements posted in our
website.

f)Main goal of project
------------------------
Never dissapoint the people who are interested in watching movies.
