I am doing a report on Tesla, and I am a little confused on how to approach these:

Five agent based technologies are currently used because namely that due to its
reliance on computer simulations, this approach can easily link the interplay of indi-
vidual innovation strategies, market structure and micro effects to the development
of industry-wide or even economy-wide variables like average factor productivity,
number of firms or economic growth. Despite the apparent merit of the agent-based simulation approach for the
analysis of a wide range of issues in the economics of innovation and technological change,
the amount of relevant ACE-based work in this area is not huge. Another aspect of the evolutionary approach which
has contributed to the popularity of agent-based simulation models in this field is the way decision making
processes within the firm are seen.Such a shift of focusmakes agent-based models a natural choice.
2) Nine major ecommecre model-
a) Marketplace- A eShopping Mall with multiple brands and categories. Examples: Amazon, eBay, Price Minister, LeBonCoin.
b)Flash Sell marketplace. The concept is creating pent up demand to be bought at specific time slots, and sometimes in limited series.
c)Personalization. The online nature of sites allows for a greater ease of personalization. Examples: There are a number of variations on this theme. In the tech space, you can order a custom-built computer with DELL or Apple.
d)Immaterial going Physical. In other words, making an electronic version into something real. Examples abound: Other than the likes of foto.com, shutterfly and snapfish that turn your digital photos into photo albums and personal calendars.
e) Facebook or Social Commerce. Putting up an f-Commerce site is another option, still largely uncharted and unproven.
f) SWOT SWOT refers to factors external to the company by which its strategic outlook may be assessed: strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O) and threats (T).
3) Benefits of using systems development life cycle (SDLC)-
1. Formal review is created at the end of each stage allowing maximum management control.
2. This approach creates considerable system documentation.
3. This documentation ensures that system requirements can be traced back to stated business requirements.
4. It produces many intermediate products that can be reviewed to see whether they meet the user’s needs and conform to standards. These can be further worked on if they require tweaks to be made, ensuring that the business gets exactly what it needs.
