Question

od m 2. Write a testable hypothesis about Climate Change, and then describe what information or observations you would need to test it. This can be a big hypothesis about the cause, or a smaller hypothesis about something specific like ocean acidity or sea level rise. I'm not asking you to come up with something that isn't known-just something basic that is probably already known. The idea is to think about this in termsAs an example: Hypothesis: increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration will result in increased ocean acidity because increases in atmospheric CO2 will force more CO2 into the oceans and CO2 acidifies ocean water To test-compare historic atmospheric and oceanic CO2 concentrations, and historic ocear acidity levels Hypothesis To test: Using the NASA Climate Change site for information, answer the following questions:

Explanation / Answer

Hypothesis: Increased mining and consumption of natural fuels like coal which take thousands of years to renew itself, has a vast effect on climate change, causing the summers to be warmer and winters to be colder.
The atmosphere is concentrated with green house gases like never before which are entrapped in the Earth's atmosphere, and therefore the glacial ice-caps continue to melt because of it.
Consumption of natural fuels at the current rate will lead to increase the sea level, which could wrek havoc on the planet.

to test:

1.Read NASA's GISS data report on trends of temperature changes over decades and its effect on glacial ice caps.
2. Collect data for polar habitant animal deaths, and the major cause being slightly warmer weather on those regions.
