1) If Solid A is melting, that means it is getting converted into liquid. Solid A gets converted into liquid at 50 atm pressure for 0 0C. Now at 50 atm, it is heated, the liquid with get converted to Solid B at 60 0C.

2) For Solid B, liquid and gas to exist together, the temperature has to 700C and the pressure has to be 30 atm.

3) It can be seen from phase diagram that the least dense phase is the gas phase with exists at high temperature and low pressure. The highest density phase would be Solid B. If we take verticals line at 45 0C and increase the pressure, the phase changes from gas to Solid A to liquid to finally Solid B, which exists at very high pressure, so it should have the highest density.
