To prepare a good cookie we need to know it's optimum preparation conditions (temperature maintain, pressure require, amount of contents, time of readtion ) and Chemists are expert in these .
The cookie is prepared at a optimum temperature and the perfect cookie ?? has brown colour after baking .
Chemical reactions occuring in everyday lives ;
1. Combustion of fuel ;
C3H8(propane ) + 5O2 = 3CO2 + 4H2O + Heat .
2 . Rusting of Iron ;
Fe + O2 + H2O = Fe2O3.xH2O .
