Ans 1. The graph of the enzyme are bell shape in nature the enzymes are composed of proteins. By increasing the temperature from 10 to 40-degree celsius the activity of enzyme increases due to increase in kinetics.

Ans 2. After the optimum temperature the increase in temperature will lead in denaturation of protein which reduces the activity of enzyme. After the optimum temperature the enzyme shows negative effect by breaking the interaction force between the proteins.

Ans 3 This is a type of catabolic reaction. The purpose of this enzyme is to breakdown larger molecule into a smaller molecule. the lactase enzyme catalyzes the breakdown of Lactose (substrate) into monosaccharides glucose and galactose.
