You typically drink one serving each day of Starbucks’ Caffe Vanilla Frappuccino Blended Coffee (with whip cream). You will eliminate this drink (or its caloric equivalent) from your diet.

You will walk 45 minutes every day (briskly, with your dog).

How many months will it take you to lose 20 pounds by making the above changes? Show all numbers used and calculations. Don’t forget to first figure out how many calories extra you are consuming each day that is causing your 2 pounds per year weight gain.
