Here,the experiment I have taken is to measure the concentration of sodium hydroxide in 0.1 hydrochloric acid.

Balance Equation will be: NaOH + = NaCl + HCl

Measure 25ml of NaOH with the pipette and pour into the beaker. Take 100ml of HCl in the burette.Methyl orange indicator is added to NaOH.

Now titration in done till the yellow coloured solution changes to the orange colour. Measure the value of the burette where the colour is changing. This is repeated for 3 times. Get the average of the 3 measurements, let it be G.

Moles of HCl= concentration * cubic decimeter of G

From balance equation 1 mole of NaOH neutralises 1 mole of HCl, hence mole of Hcl =mole of NaOH in the beaker.

Concentration of NaOH =mole/ cubic decimetre of 25ml.
