Influence of the following technique errors on molarity of NaOH solution,
a) The KHP you used had not been dried : erroneously high molarity.
The calculate moles of KHP would be higher than actual value, but the volume of NaOH used for titration would be much lower due to less KHP is solution.
b) When filling the buret with NaOH you left a air bubble in the buret tip : erroneously low molarity of NaOH
We would calculate higher volume of NaOH added than the actual value and thus the molarity becomes lower.

The volume of NaOH used was calculate higher than actual amount. molarity = moles/volume. Higher volume would give lwer molarity.
