What effect would each of the following have on the calculated molar mass of an unknown? would the calculated value be higher than the true value ?lower? Same? Explaain 1- Some of the unknown fails to dissolve ? 2- the thermometer is out of calibration and reads 0.75 degrees C higher than it should over the entire temperature range ? 3- the test tube is not dried before it is weighed ? please answer and explain I need it for tomorrow .. !! your help will be really helpful before tomorrow .. thank youExplanation / Answer
1) mass will increase, as the unknown remails with the substance 2)as number of moles is inversely proportional to temperature, and we are reading high temperature for original lower temperature, again mass will increase, we get greater than the original one. 3)we will get more weight as the mass of water is also gets added
