6. In diagram c, we don't have a stabilizing force acting on the joint. Only the force which produces torque about the joint is present. However, In diagram f , as we can see the muscle force acts at an angle so it will have both torque (rotational force) and stabilizing force.
7. The rotational component is given as
FR = F*sin(theta) where theta = 30 , F = muscle force.
FR = F*sin30
The stabilizing component which acts towards the joint is given as
FS = F*cos(theta)
FS = F*cos30
If you have a value of F (muscle force), just use the above equations to get a numerical value for FR and FS
