What is the minimum amount of 6.4M H2SO4 necessary to produce 24.4g of H2 (g) according to the following reaction? 2Al(s)+3H2SO4(aq)%u2192Al2(SO4)3(aq)+3H2(g) Express your answer using two significant figures.
Please explain how to figur this out Thank you in Advance!!

Explanation / Answer

2Al(s)   +   3H2SO4(aq) ------------> Al2(SO4)3(aq) +   3H2(g)

moles of H2 = 24.4/2 = 12.2 moles

so 3 moles of H2 are given by 3 moles of H2SO4

so moles of H2SO4 = 12.2 moles

so moles = conc*volume

volume = 12.2/6.4 = 1.90625 L = 1.91 L................ans
