I've purchased the ACS Organic Chemistry study guide, and I have a question for any of you out there who may know the correct answer:

I'm taking the ACS organic chemistry exam that only covers the FIRST SEMESTER of material.  However the ACS study guide says that it covers two semesters worth of material.  Is there anyone out there who has taken the ACS first semester final before and purchased the study guide?  Which sections in the study guide can I skip because they won't be on a first semester exam?

Explanation / Answer

It is better to study the whole book, although it is too time consuming. You can skip the last section of the text, it is not that imp. Also, I skipped the previous one to that as well. :)
