Explanation / Answer

1.Garbage are the undesirable things or discarded items which are not in use anymore. According to the video everything we see is garbage . It can be your out of stock clothes, plastic wrappers, discarded cellphones. The things which we are using today will be garbage in the future.

2. Terracycle products are those which are either made from waste products or packaged in waste products. It can be backpacks, bottles, carpets etc. These products are based on the concept of upcycling. Upcycling is the process in which we use the waste products in a useful way without destroying them.

3. Since today we are dumping a billion tons of garbage onto the planet and also spend billions of tons of money to get rid of that garbage. By the way of terracycle worm poop we can get rid of garbage by turning them into a useful product at the same which will save our money. In the terracycle worm poop, with the help of worms which decompose the garbage and their poops are then collected in soda bottles and used as fertiliser to improve the productivity of the gardens.

4. There are some products which cannot be recycled so for that we use terracycle. In terracycle we dont recycle the products but upcycle them which means that we dont destroy the product and keep the whole product intact and turning them into the greenest products. eg soda bottles can be utilised to keep fertilisers. In the terracycle first there are sponsors which run programmes to upcycle the garbage. For this garbage is collected from thousands of schools and then this garbage is send into the terracycle and the terracycle converts them into the useful greener products and then these products are send to the retailers which sells these products.

1. We are producing billions of waste every year. If this is the case then earth would be full of waste everywhere but this does not happen. Since in nature one form of waste is used in another useful form. For eg. the litter of leaves produces waste but this waste is the food for other microorganims which in turn also makes the soil fertile.

2. Since there are some products which cannot be recycled and for them we opt for upcycle. In recycle we use energy to destroy the product and converts them completely into different product whereas in upcycle we utilise every part of the product without destroying them and keep the product intact and turning them into greener products.

3. The garbage is collected from thousands of schools and then this garbage is sent to the terracycle which utilises this garbage into some useful and greener products. Then these products are sent to the retailers and they sell these products. This money is used for funding the education of children and also by the use of these products we are getting rid of the garbage without causing any harm to the environment.

4. The first terracycle product was made from plant food made from the droppings of worm collected in the recycled bottles. These recycled bottles are the greener solution for the garbage. Since we are gettting rid of garbage by the worms which ingest the garbage and their droppings are collected in the recycled bottles. These droppings are utilised as fertlizers for the plant.

5. After the plant food made from droppings of worm packed in recycled bottles. The terracycle prepares many other products from trash like plastics, bottles, wrappers etc. The products terracycle creates from trash are backpacks, carpets and bathroom accessories, trash cans etc. The ultimate goal of Terracycle is to upcycle upto 30% waste of every garbage and sell their greener products in every nation.
