Question
Living in a mutlicultural family, we have several favorite dishes that are from overseas. One of the Gerogian foods that is a favorite is a cheese bread called KHACHAPURI. (However I don't like the one with egg on top). Every trip back from Georgia, at least one or two of them get bootlegged in a suitcase to here (along with bottles of Georgian wine). But here is the problem! Veriko's recipe from Tbilisi says to cook the bread for 25 minutes at 190°C. What setting does she need to use on oven (and remember that they are in 25° degree increments in order to cook this??? A. 325°F B. 350°F C. 375°F D. 400
Explanation / Answer
She's setting should be 375°F.
190°C *25min/25° =190°C then the degrees convert into Fahrenheit so the answer is 375°F
