Assuming no errors and no spills, you will need a minimum of 50 ml 1X TAE to make your agarose gel plus 1 liter of 1X TAE for gel running buffer. TAE is normally made as a 50X concentrated stock.

So to make 100mL of 1MTrisbase, you will require =121 X100/1000 = 12.1 g of Tris Base

7) HCl would be needed to adjust the pH to 7

8) you require 1050 mL of 1xTAE

1050mL * 1x = 50x * V2

V2= 1050 * 1x/ 50x = 21 mL

The minimum volume of 50X TAE required is 21 mL.
