Shock is a critical medical condition that arises due to low blood supply throughout the body. There are number of reasons for this condition more commin being serious injury. In shock, the heart fails to maintain normal blood supply to vital organs due to which supply of oxygen and nutrients to body organs is curtailed which affects these organs . The signs and symptoms of shock include low blood pressure, overbreathing (hyperventilation); a weak and rapid pulse, decreased urine flow (oliguria); and a sense of great anxiety and confusion.
