3. To investigate and conclude for an outbreak and confirming its cause, an only attack rate is is not sufficient. Along with the attack rate, the food sample specimen are also required. Also, clinical specimens need to be collected, such as faecal samples, vomits etc. Also, the place where the food has been prepared and has been processed has to checked and examined. This would also help in identifying the pathogens along with the potential reasons for the outbreak. This can be combined with the attack rate in order to identify the responsible factor for the outbreak.
4. The relative risk value of baked chicken is the highest being 7.4. Thus, if only the relative risk is considered , then baked chicken is thought to be most responsible for the outbreak.
