Ans 1. Exocrine pancreas secretes digestive enzymes like proteolytic enzymes ( trypsin, chymotrypsin ) , lipid digesting enzymes ( lipase ), carbohydrate digesting enzymes (amylase) and nuclein acid digesting enzymes (ribonucleases and deoxyribonucleases).
Ans 2A. The iquid portion of blood after centrifugation is called palsma. Three major proteins are albumin, globulins and fibrinogens. Otehr components include water, glucose, clotting factors and electrolytes.
2B. Erythrocytes or red blood cells - Transport oxygen.
Leucocytes or white blood cells - Provide immunity against infections.
Platelets - Help in clotting of blood.
