Moles HBr = 0.020 L x 0.200 M =0.0040
Moles NaOH = 0.036 L x 0.200 =0.0072
Moles 0H+ in excess = 0.0072-0.0040=0.0032
total volume = 0.056 L
conc. 0H+ = 0.0032 / 0.056 =0.057142
p0H =-log[oh-]=-log[0.057142]=1.24
pH=14-1.24=12.756
