Explanation / Answer

Answer 10 d) Change in the amount of anthropogenic nutrients added to the coastal oceans.

Explanation - We know that Harmful algal blooms are the out-of-control growth of algae in a water body which imparts the harmful effects on the environment and the marine life. In rare cases, its harmful impact can be expanded to humans as well. when the conditions are right (such as enough sun-light, slow moving water and sufficient nutrients from human population in those water bodies), the algae grow out of control and covers a large part of those water bodies. it will be affected by the climate change in the manner that climate change results in different light conditions, alterations in temperature, different acidification patter, stratification, and varied precipitation-induced nutrient inputs. these natural pressures will affect the HAB (Harmful algal bloom) diversity in terms of their numbers or population, in their physiological and biological variety (more variety of harmful toxins) and in their seasonal blooming pattern. but, anthropogenic nutrients are added to the coastal lines by humans and it does not have any direct relation with the global warming.

therefore, climate change will have no greater impact on Change in the amount of anthropogenic nutrients added to the coastal oceans.
