1ans;STRATEGIC LEADER SHIP is making the other's to put their own decisions for execution volutarily for the benefits of the organization in order to have long term success with more monetary profits.The leaders have to frame the novel,innovative strategic plans for execution. a) do necessary follow up with the team members and accept the necessary changes in the proposalb)manage the budget and procure the finances externally if necessaryc)deliver good quality services in a peaceful work environment d)aviod bossism and various ego clashes and prejudices. Strategic leader should have a standard strategic plan which is a systematic and organized one ,it plans to develop the organixation from present situation to desired prospered future .It is adecision making criteria.Strategic planning is progammable, systematic , rational and corelate the transformations for the future,
2.The leader(CEO) MISSION defines the final aim of the HO,such as patients, services rendered, facilities provided and special featuers if any ,geographical area where it resides( ouer all purpose of the organisztion).The mission statement is written in short,clear and concise and entire information is shared with everyone in HO, avoid any cunfusion aspects
