intrgrin have RGD sequence. and peptide 1 have the same sequence in it so peptide 1 will bind with coated palte and compete with the cells as the concentration of peptid 1 increases the number of the cells in well decreases (graph b).

so graph a correspond to the peptide 2 and graph b correspond to the peptide 1.

if we use the peptide GDGRSPC, which contain RGD sequence will compete to the cells and showed graph b.
