2NaOH + H2CO3 ? Na2CO3 + 2H2O
2mol NaOH reacts with 1 mol H2CO3

Mol NaOH in 28mL of 0.537M NaOH solution = 28/1000*0.537 = 0.0150mol NaOH
This will react with 0.0150/2 = 0.0075 mol H2CO3

20mL of H2CO3 must contain 0.0075 mol H2CO3
1000mL of H2CO3 will contain : 1000/20*0.0075 = 0.0375mol H2CO3

Molarity of H2CO3 = 0.0375M
