The linear equation shows the relationship between absorbance and concentration of the solution. Moreover, the regression line can also be considered in estimation the relationship between absorbance and concentration. In linear equation, an equation is associated with it to undergo calculation.

Beers law is used to measure the concentration of an analyte, as well measures the quantity of light absorbed by the sample. The unknown concentration is determined by absorbance of working curve plotted against concentration from the standard.

During the preparation of concentration curve, samples are run always from diluted to concentrate, since lower sample has less concentration. When sample concentration goes from higher to lower concentration, lower concentration sample gets interference and plot absorbance gets disturbed.

Cuvette has to be cleaned while measuring the absorbance, if not residues or precipitates may cause inaccuracy from previous analysis. Moreover, organic molecules sticking and evaporation would be done when solution temperature is raised
