For compound D, the dihedral angle is estimated as 1800(anti) because the two phenyl groups are interlinked nearly by 900 and also the -COOH and -F groups attached to one phenyl group is exactly opposite with other phenyl group. Generally in conformations of this compound is called as anti form.
