Explanation / Answer

Shortness of breath also known as dyspnea is a symptom that describes a sense of breathing discomfort of difficulty in breathing. It is estimated that up to 7-8 %of patients presenting to Emergency Room complain of dyspnea.

An enlarged spleen can be caused by infections, cirrhosis and other liver diseases, blood diseases characterized by abnormal blood cells, problems with the lymph system or other conditions. Other causes of an endless clean include inflammatory diseases such as sarcoidosis, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis.
