Your friend tells you that his dad started the “RED diet”. This diet guarantees that you will lose weight if you only eat red things. In fact his dad has lost 2 kilograms in the past 2 weeks. Your friend is amazed by this result and has started the diet. As an educated biologist what caution might you give your friend.
