Explanation / Answer
According to the Chegg guidelines I'll answer the first question when more than one question is posted.
Because you often get fungal infections either when the immune system is yours is very weak or it can be overactive. This makes you sensitive to fungal infections. When the skin gets fungal infection though it is not toxic and not invasive but the previous invasive chronic infection is remembered by antibodies in body and whenever again you get mold infection the body exaggerates the infection and produce more antibodies to fight the infection and these exaggerated immune response is causing the other symptoms that is not because of the fungus itself.
