The molecular formula of the structure of this molecule is not very clear but I will give you a general definition of equitorial versus axial.
If you hold a three dimensional molecule is such a way that you define a plane. The all the atoms that are either in the plane or make a small angle with the palne are called equitorial atoms. All atoms that form 90o angle with this plane are called axial atom.
In this molecule if all the atoma ar in the same plance as the central atom then they are all equitorial. You should rotate it such that maximum atoms lie one place and define that as the molecular plane.
