Can anyone DRAW a neat/legible synthesis or retrosynthesis using the middle compound as the starting reagent? We need to create the bottom compound using the top compound as the starting reagent.

We don't need mechanisms/electron pushing, but we do need to 1) clearly draw the compounds of EACH step/reaction (we're not allowed to do it all in one step), as well as 2) write the reagents used in each step over each of the reaction arrows. And 3) we must ONLY use reactions/reagents learned in Ochem 1 (we have learned up to reactions of alkenes). All 3 of these requirements are very important, as we will fail the assignment if we do not meet all 3. Please help! Best answer gets max rating!
