Time, t = 1 month = 2.6*106 s

We know first order reaction formula

ln [A]t/[A]o = - k *t

ln [A]t / 1.3*10-5 M = -3.9*10-7 s-1*2.6*106 s

ln [A]t / 1.3*10-5 M =-1.014

so taking antiln from both side

[A]t / 1.3*10-5 M = 0.363

So, [A]t = 1.3*10-5 M * 0.363

              = 4.72*10-6 M
