Explanation / Answer
Stress reduction and prevention is itself is a stressful task for someone who is already in stress. As today's lifestyle is becoming too stressful . People shoukd have to know about how to prevent and reduces the stress in their life. As it can ruin your life personally as well as professionally too. I also noticed stress in my life when I become too irritated from people and situations. After some time I decided to control my stress as it was spoiling my time and relations . For stress reduction and prevention I started doing yoga. It's helps to keep you calm. As it is not a one day process you have to work for it at least 2 3 months. In start you will frustrated of doing yoga as it takes times and you have to be patient which you don't have that time. But after doing yoga regularly within 2 to 3 months I feel relaxed , focused on work and becoming calmer day by day.so, this was my first lifestyle factor which helps me to reduces and prevent stress in my life . And the second thing which I recently noticed for stress reduction is do what makes you feel happy. As doing crafting makes me feel happy. So started crafting to forgot my stress. These are the things which I do in my life .
