Explanation / Answer

The muffin does have nutritional value but when you weigh up the nutritional benefits and compare them to the amount of calories fat and sodium you intake as a result of consuming the food, it starts to look less
and less healthy. My issue with this food is that for what it is, addingsome fruits or other components could increase the nutritional value greatly whileonly slightly increasing the calories...........
