Invert the other bottle of oxygen, covered with glass plate, and place it mouth to mouth over a bottle of air so that the oxygen bottle is on top of the air bottle.

Then remove the glass plate between the bottles and allow them to stand mouth to mouth for 2 minutes.

Cover each bottle with a glass plate and set the bottles down, mouths upward.

Test the contents of each bottle with a glowing splint

watch the intensity of the fire and how long the burning last
