As you can see the answer is is blue. However instead of (2S,3S) i'm getting (2R, 3R). This is how I labeled the functional groups for Carbon 2; 1. OH 2. CH2OH, 3. CHCH2OH 4. H. This means that it would go counter-clockwise which is S however H is on wedged line which reverses it to R. So now I'm just confused. I believe CH2OH gets priority of CHCH2OH because the Oxygen comes first in CH2OH.

I got your problem, at the time of labelling the H atoms must be present in the vertical direction, if the H is present in the horizontal then the correct answer will be inverted

Hence the compound should be R, but since H is not present in the vertical direction, hence the correct answer will be 2S,3S in place of 2R,3R
