Kawasaki disease is the rare syndrome of unknown origin that affects mostly the childrens involving the inflammation of blood vessels and affecting the arteries resulting in a series long term effect on heart . Around 80 percent of the patient are under the age of 5 years . Inflammation occurs in the whole of arteries throughout the body. It also affects the lymph nodes and the skin and mucous membrane inside the nose , mouth . Causes:- abnormal response to a common virus that most people don't react to. It is an autoimmune disorder .This factors involved are :- age :- it is more likely between the age of one year to five years. Gender :- Boys are more likely to develop the symptoms people of asian ancestory specifically japanese or chinese and black americans are more suspectable to the disease. If the parents have the disease then the offsprings are more likely to get the disease.In the north hemisphere from the month of january to march is 40% then in august 2 october . Signs and symptoms:- High body temperature , conjunctiveitis sorethroat swollen capped and dry lips . Rashes on the arms

There must be fever 4 to 5 days as well as conductivitis change in the lips or mouth enlarged lymph nodes in the neck rashes on the body .- The disease can be diagnose with the help of blood test , urine test , sodum test are also recommended
Treatment;- some medicines are given for e.g. Asprin but helps to prevent blood clot and reduces fever and rashes . The patient must be see plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration .
