Explanation / Answer

Ans- this is true that with the increase in the pollution of various types, the reproductive fitness is getting decreased.

Pollution create various types of stress and as we know stress is the main reason to reduce reproductive fitness. Pollution in environment creates stressful conditions so it can be seen as reducing factor for sperm count.

Use of hormone in livestock also affect reproductive fitness as the hormones used in livestock are steroidal in nature as they are used to enhance growth. These hormones are known to reduce the sperm count to a distinguishable level which directly affects reproductive fitness.

This should be taken as environment pollution is having an adverse effect on us. It have adverse effect on every body part. Decreased Reproductive fitness is one of the adverse effects of the above factors.
