1) As per her symptoms are concerned she might be suffering from glaucoma. Because she is experiencing a blurred vision and her eyes are watery. this condition generally arise due to the damage caused to the optic nerve because of increased intraocular pressure. This might be accompanied by the blurred vision.
2) risk factors include; myopia, diabetes, eye injury, family history etc.
3) treatments include the use of eye drops which either reduce formation of fluid in the eye and increase outflow.
Laser treatment for increasing the flow of fluid out of the eyes.
4) well if she diagnoses it at the early stages than her problem can be resolved by lowering the pressure in the eyes. However lost vision can't be restored.
