IR spectrum analysis of unknown.

So this is my IR spectrum of my compound. I need help figuring it out. I suspect it is aromatic with a halogen (specifically Cl). But, I am not sure. Can anyone help please?

C-H of alkane [1388]

armotaic halogen = 740

by this info.onlywe can conclude this much. Go for NMR and Mass and then you can draw structre.
