Case 2
In this case there will be no change in sodium hypochlorite percentage, since the air bubble remain stay inside the buret tip during the entire titration.
Case 3
In this case the calculated sodium hypochlorite percentage will be lower. Air bubble came out of the buret, and this cause less addition of liquid from buret than the actual. So, the calculated percentage of sodium hypochlorite will be lower.
