Evaporation is the conversion of a liquid to vapours below its boiling point. It is a surface phenomenon, means the liquid molecules on the surface possessing higher kinetic energy than the molecules in the bulk, will convert to vapour form. Rate of evaporation of a liquid is dependent on temperature. Higher the temperature, higher will be the average kinetic energy of the liquid molecules present on the surface (as well as bulk), easier it is for the surface molecules to get converted to vapour form. So at a higher temperature, the rate of evaporation must increase. Now when the experiment is run at a higher temperature, the temperature is maintained constant and not increased with time. So the line must remain horizontal and should not have a slope. So the line representing the rate of evaporation in the diagram must remain horizontal but move up which is the second option.
